Training

The training is a one day, seven hours class, along with a one hour pre-class assignment called a Referral Action Plan. The day will consist of a power point presentation, exercises, and roll playing. A post start, stop and continue assignment is required after the class as well as making a current employer an advocate of the agency.

A 50-page Job Development Sales Fundamentals manual is included in the training. It provides guidance in the training as well as a future reference for the Employment Consultant.
